Higgin (character sketch)

Meet Higgin. Do *not* call him a rug, a persian, or a shag… he’s a Shroud. A cultured sentient with a long history of service to both Locklaw Sky City…and the hotel industry.

He is the Manager at the Wayward Arms hotel in the Piertown district–and bane of the Wayward’s newest tenant, former police detective Nicodemus Usher.
