I’m re-editing some old ebooks to up their quality & match new releases. Packaging is important for first impressions with new readers….and also for myself–to remind myself to up my game every time.

One element of print and ebooks is a publisher’s imprint or wordmark that appears on title pages and spines. Many people judge a book by it’s cover…and it’s typesetting…and so on.

It’s weird to me that some people really do feel reassurance from having some visual concept that can bridge across the different settings I tell stories in. I may be used to intricate plotting IN stories, but I have to admit dressing up a package matters as well.

Anyhow. I’m testing out a few ideas I’m not sure about…but I kind of dig this one. Whatcha think?

      It’s like a publisher’s imprint, to go in the title page of electronic & print books. I’m preparing all the templated bits to update & prettify past titles & make new titles look faboo 🙂
